| Over the past few weeks a few of us at our local club have been
branching out into 28mm World War 2. While World war 2 has always been
a very popular period for me, this is the first time I have tried it in
this scale and, I have to say, I am very impressed. We are currently using "Platoon Commander" form the US and they seem to be very playable while giving you a good feel for the period. One thing I have noticed is the firepower of a US infantry section is pretty serious, particularly if you are on the receiving end! This is something we may need to look at. I am using a mixture of figures from Black Tree Design and Artizan at the moment and should have some pics posted soon. Watch this space. | ||
